Dual Meet Lemoore

The Lady Mustangs traveled to Lemoore for a dual meet on April 17 and then continued to Palomar for the First Annual Comet Clash on April 18. Delta defeated West Hills in the dual meet, 29–20. Match winners for the Lady Mustangs included Linda Mora, Heidi Zarate, Lola Rodriguez Orozco, Kiana Quintero, Kayleen Tuavoa, Alejandra Ochoa, and Zoey Ridenour.

The Lady Mustangs also had an outstanding tournament in San Diego, capturing first place as a team. Individual champions were Alejandra Ochoa and Kayleen Tuavoa. Kiana Quintero placed third, and Lola Rodriguez finished fourth. Kayleen Tuavoa was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Upper Weight wrestler.

Overall, it was a strong showing, and the team looks to carry this momentum into the state meet at Fresno City on May 2.
